Services
Fericy Labs provides managed IT, digital marketing, website development, and related software products. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are as stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment. Fericy Labs retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal software.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fericy Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
