Three things that make school exams painful
Aegis was born at the midpoint: the experience of sitting an international-grade exam, installed on the school's own server, paid once.
Paper exams devour teacher time
Photocopy, distribute, collect, grade by hand, copy scores into a recap. One test can eat three days of a teacher's work.

Head Teacher
Sees every teacher's exams, manages subject categories, bulk-imports students, sets exam header colors, toggles features per exam, monitors storage, and downloads every student's PDF report.
Teacher
Works only on their own exams — builds pages and questions, grades essay answers, comments per question, and downloads their own students' PDFs. Cannot change exam features or header colors.
Student
Only sits exams that are open, sees their own exam list, and keeps private notes. Blocked from admin pages entirely, with no permission to download any PDF.

This is v2.0.2, not the final version. License holders receive every future version automatically — install over the old file from the Plugins page and exam data, scores, and student accounts stay intact.
How do we know it's really cheaper?+
The comparison uses vendors' public pricing, not estimates. Aegis doesn't charge per student, so the cost stays flat no matter how many students you add — while per-student platforms rebill every year and rise with headcount.
